When you face a challenge doing your task, it acts as yet another hindrance between you and your consistency streak.

There are 4 basic things that you need to check to become persistent in life, and all they demand is your time and effort.
- A definitive purpose backed by burning desire for its fulfillment.
- A definitive plan, expressed in continuous action.
- A mind closed tightly against all negative and discouraging influences, including negative suggestions or relatives, friends and acquaintances.
- A friendly alliance with one or more persons who will encourage one to follow through with both plans and purpose.
Confidence comes from keeping the promises you made to yourself.
